Brussels, 17 May – On May 15th and 16th EFIC hosted the 2nd Flier Partners meeting in Brussels, at the premises of the Catalan Region. The meeting started with an informal exchange between project partners followed by a discussion on the latest advancements and next steps of the project.
During the meeting, attendees were provided with comprehensive updates across various project management aspects, including financial status, quality assurance measures, and technical work progress.
The discussion focused on technical work advancements, particularly on the results of the survey recently implemented to validate the curriculum profile definition for circular designers, which will serve as a base to produce training materials to support furniture designers in moving towards a circular economy.
Preparation for the Flier ‘International experts’ validation workshop’ was also a key focus, with thorough planning ensuring the successful organization of the event and stakeholder involvement.
Additionally, progress updates on dissemination activities highlighted the development of essential resources and active participation in community engagement platforms.
The meeting concluded with strategic planning for future activities, including the coordination of dissemination efforts and scheduling of upcoming partnership meetings and calls.
