FLIER brings together a group of organizations from all over Europe who share complementary skills and experience to achieve the project’s objectives.
In the wood, furniture, and construction sectors, the partnership is made up of technology centers, industrial clusters, one university, and an organization at European level.
The development of a new professional profile and an innovative training curriculum for the Circular Furniture Designer is made possible by the variety of profiles that ensure a holistic approach and 360-degree vision.
The project will ensure relevant, high quality outcomes and full responsiveness to the changing labour market, through ongoing collaboration and dialogue between partners.
CENTRE DE DIFUSIO TECNOLOGICA DE LA FUSTA I DEL MOBLE DE CATALUNYA
Centre de Difusio Tecnologica de la Fusta i del Moble de Catalunya (CENFIM) is the FLIER main partner.
Based in Spain, CENFIM is a technology center specialising in the wood and furniture sector.
Their responsibilities include, coordinating the project, project mananging and ensuring that project objectives are met.
CLUSTER LEGNO, ARREDO E SISTEMA CASA FVG SRL CONSORTILE
Cluster Legno, Arredo e Sistema Casa FVG is an Italian consortium which brings together companies and organizations from wood, furniture and construction sectors.
It will contribute to the definition of the new professional profile and assist in validating and implementing the online training course.
CENTRO SPERIMENTALE DEL MOBILE E DELL ARREDAMENTO SRL
Centro Sperimentale del Mobile e dell’Arredamento (CSM) is an Italian research and technological development institute, specialized in the furniture sector.
CSM will contribute to the development of the online training course and curriculum for the “Circular Furniture Designer”, along with the dissemination and exploitation activities.
EUROPEAN FURNITURE INDUSTRIES CONFEDERATION
The European Confederation of Mobile Industries (EFIC) is a European organisation representing national associations in the European furniture industry.
EFIC will bring his experience and knowledge to define the professional profile of the “Circular Furniture Designer” and contribute to the dissemination of the project results.
ATLANTIC TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY
The Atlantic Technological University is an Irish university specialized in vocational education and training.
It will provide its pedagogical know-how for designing and developing the professional profile and online training course for the “Circular Furniture Designer”.
ZAVOD LESARSKI GROZD
Zavod Lesarski Grozd is a Slovenian cluster that includes top-notch wooden and furniture companies and organizations.
It will assist in the development of the online training course and the professional profile, as well as the dissemination of results at a national level.
